Great, natural treats for my puppy!

I order at least 30 pizzles a month for my pups, these are the best quality I have found on the market, also fantastic value, especially the ostrich bones which can be twice the price elsewhere! Amazing customer service too, I ordered some pizzle in large, they came and weren't as thick as I was used to getting, I called to question if I had accidentally got thin ones sent, they sent me a replacement bag within a couple of days!

I’m a returning customer, which Isn’t like me considering the vast amount of businesses out there. Also now competing with TikTok. I tried most. Yet, I have stayed with Proper Natural for some time. I still look and occasionally order elsewhere but for costs and ultimately amazing quality and impeccable packing and delivery service, this is a high end store without the stupidity of inflated prices.
You will not be disappointed whatsoever. I absolutely, recommend Proper Natural and shall remain a loyal customer.

I cant fault Proper Natural. They have an excelleny range of products and for items that are available elsewhere they are selling at lower prices (if you buy enough to qualify for free postage). And delivery times are excellent as well.

The products arrived on time and were nicely packed. We are gradually working our way through the products. The rabbit ears are a hit with both my boys. The puppy pack has provided some lovely surprises to pop into their destruction boxes

My 2 yr old cocker spaniel loves the 15cm & 12cm thick Bulls Pizzles. They keep him mentally stimulated for a good while , are easily digested for his sensitive stomach, and are great for his teeth. The items were well packaged and arrived quickly.

Super speedy delivery which is just as well as we were out of rabbits’ ears - our dog’s favourite treat! We were faced with big, sad eyes after every walk when the rabbit’s ear wasn’t forthcoming! Will definitely use this company again.
